TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Origin :           All products are of Kazakhstan Origin.
Quantities :     Quantities stated in the product sheet above can not be exceeded.
Inspection :     SGS or Saybolt or Gost Standard Kazakhstan or Similar inspection companies shall be utilized at the expense of the seller.

Shipping Terms: CIF only (No FOB) and Freight CIF (INCOTERMS 2020).

Payment :       Via SWIFT MT 760 SBLC or SWIFT MT 760  Bank Guarantee  for 100% Monthly Shipment Value in USD, Valid for 45  days, payment 100% of  monthly shipment at Destination Port by SWIFT MT 103. In USD.D                        

 Unfortunately, we do not accept Documentary Letters of Credit as of now.

Proof of Product :      A proof of product will be issued by Seller. (Some selected supporting documents will be issued upfront)

Trial Shipments :       Trial Shipments are obligatory for new clients.

 Destination Sea Port and Country must be included in the LOI to provide you with the CIF Price.

 No Upfront Monies.

 NOTE: Sending your Full Requirements  LOI on Company Letterhead to receive Offer & Sellers      Procedures.

             UNRER THE PRESENT WORLD UPSET DUE TO USA’s TARIFS AND IMPORT DUTIES, WE HAVE TEMPORARY STOPED DELIVERIES TO ALL USA PORTS. AND WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED ON THE SITUATION.

             We will deliver to Buyers agreed Destination  Port (Non USA Port) as agreed in the Contract under CIF- Incoterms 2020 Terms. 

             We are waiting for your LOI addressed to our email, to provide you with the price, and start the contract transaction with your Company.
