                Ship Size:               150,000MT.Price: Price on Request - CIF Buyers nominated Sea Port                                         (INCOTERMS 2010).

Price Discount:     Iron Ore, we offer Platts pricing 62%+ on 5-day average less 7%- 10% discount.

Terms:                  100% Letter of Credit. L/C at sight, 98% paid on inspection report, Bill of Lading and Other shipping documents,  L/C fees paid by Buyer and 2% released upon presentation of Commercial Invoice. (URC522 Documentary Collection Bank-to-Bank exchange).

PB:                       2% (PB is 2% of monthly shipping value, corporate PB until LC verifies, then is replaced with a bank bond for the PB).

Insurance :           110% of Monthly goods value.

Delivery:               Buyers designated Sea Port.

Inspection:            SGS/CIQ/CCIC at Seller’s Expense Loading Port.

                            Discharge Port Inspection by SGS or Equiv. at Buyer’s expense.

E 738 -95a Standard Test Method for Determination of Aluminum in Iron Ores and Related Materials by Complexometric Titration E 841 -94 Standard Test Method for Coper in Iron Ores and Related Materials by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.

 

E 878 - 96 Standard Test Method for Determination of Titanium in Iron Ores and Related Materials by Diantipyrlmethane Ultraviolet Spectrometry.

            Site Visits:     

 

                                           Seller shall provide proof of product by means of an on-site inspection of the material sold under any of its contracts provided that:
• The buyer has made their countersigned contracts along with its term Letter 

                                              of Credit, and;             
• The Buyer provides copies of all attending parties’  passports within 72 hours 

                                             from signature of contract, and;
• The country of loading permits such visitation of each party whose passport 

                                              has been submitted with the express understanding that Seller shall not be  

                                              held liable Under any circumstances as a result from any constraint, delay,   

                                              condition or rejection, and;
• The Buyer shall pay for any and all costs incurred for such on-site inspection 

                                             no matter its origin.
